Show (SFgg?(o)g)(olg By MATT OWEN It has been hard going back to school after Homecoming Week at a slower pace and with everything back to normal, nor-mal, but school must goor so they say. THE GOLF team has kept active with the last match of the season held Monday. Led by senior, Mike Bailey, who played in last year's state tournament, the team today travels to the Ogden Country Club for the region competition. Also today the Wildcat cross country team hosts the Bees of Box Elder. The runners have been running to the bitter end in every meet, representing the school proudly. THE MARCHING Band of Woods Cross will compete in Davis Cup Wednesday night at the University of Utah. The band has been in several competitions since the beginning begin-ning of school, finishing fourth, third, and second in that order. If the pattern follows look for the C.ts to bring home first place honors. The Wildcat football team looks to getting back on the winning track at the expense of the Ben Lomond Scots in a game scheduled Thursday at 4. The team, with a four wins three loss record, desperately needs a victory in region competition. The game was moved up because of the deer hunt. WILDCATS remember there is no school on Monday. Stay home and relax, you need it because there are only - two weeks until the end of the first term. |
