" Alt Cornia was honored at' his happy birthday this week; Bell Ranck had hoped to-move to-move back to West Bountiful this week, but she is still at-the at-the ranch where her sister and husband and others are deer hunting. We are sorry to have the Dan Dautels plan to move from West Bountiful. We wish them well wherever they live. The Coes are moving from their home on 11th West, also from the West Bountiful area. We also wish them well. Diane Hess was home for a visit over the weekend. She attends Ricks College. Kyle Hall is happy to spread the report that he is getting rid of the cast which he has worn the past weeks, after he received a broken arm. He also recently celebrated his seventh birthday. The Onion Street Singers, Diane Smith, Cathy Baker, Lucile Eastman, Ruth Handley, Claudette Hall and Sharon Salmon have been busy presenting programs for Relief Society opening socials in wards in the area. At one of the performances Diane noticed a woman who carefully watched her and who she felt she had seen previously. Later they were both happy to learn that the lady was Diane's mission mother when she filled an LDS mission some years ago. Rachel Noyes and sister-in-law Mildred Moss, visited with the Irv. and Esther Lay-'.ons. Lay-'.ons. Ray is living in a trailer park in Layton and Mildred is visiting from Burley, Idaho. Helen Layton and family were happy to have her mother, Ellen Gunn, visit with them from Salt Lake City. Grandma Gunn was in town to have the doctor do some investigation on her, knee. Kaye Mitchell delivered an impressive sermon at the West Bountiful First Ward Sacrament Meeting Sunday, and Lon Child delivered a great talk at the Sacrament meeting in the Second Ward. The choir in the latter ward performed in a new manner, with all members standing near members who were singing parts other than their own. Object, to learn to listen to the blend of the group. Gin Salmon and Scott Thompson are busy erecting their new homes on 675 West, prior to their forthcoming weddings. Joel and Marni Smith are planning to move from the area to the Dakotas.
