Show PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday May 4, 1976, at 8:00 P.M. at the Centerville City Office, 521 North 400 West, Centerville, Utah. Purpose of Hearing: To consider the change of zoning from Agricultural Zone A-l, to Commercial Zone C-2, the following described property. Beginning at a Point which is on the South line of Parrish Lane and the West line of the old Bamberger Right of Way which is South 15.0 feet and South 8955'36" West 8.0 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 21, Big Creek Plat, Centerville Town-site, Town-site, said Point of Beginning is also South 8955'36" West 916.35 feet and South 50.0 feet from the Centerville City Monument in the Center of Parrish Lane and Main Street, Centerville Cen-terville City; and running run-ning thence South 006' East 1441.0 feet along the West Right of way line of the Bamberger Railroad; Thence South 8955'36" West 427.5 feet, thence South 006' East 136.63 feet, thence South 8955'36" West 441.0 feet, thence North 006' West 1577.63 feet along the West line of Lot 4 to the South line of Parrish Lane, thence North 8955'36" East 868.5 feet along the South Line of Parrish Lane to the Point of Beginning.
