LAWSON Temple Rites Lee Ann Wilcock became the bride of Leon William Lawson in ceremonies performed at the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Dec. 9, 1977. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Leonard and Marilyn Wilcock and the groom is the son of Ralph and Ardella Lawson, all of Far-mington. Far-mington. A wedding supper at the Hillary House in Ogden was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Law-son Law-son on Dec. 8. The newlyweds were honored at a reception at the Farmington Stake Center after the wedding. THE BRIDE selected a traditional gown of peau de soir with lace yoke and panel of lace trimmed with pearls. The long sleeves had a pointed point-ed lace cuff at the wrist. A train was attached to the gowr. with lace trim and she wore a picture hat of material and carried red roses, accented ac-cented with white and red. Matron of honor was Connie Jean Gardner, a sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Vicky Beck, Teresa Wood, Trish Hafen, Vauna Taylor, Janet Keller, Lori Parrish and Cathy Larson, a sister. THE attendants wore long white country styled gowns with black and white vests. They wore picture hats trimmed with a red ribbon and each held two red roses. Mothers of the bride and groom selected long dresses of red material and wore white corsages. TAM1 PAGE, Kimberlee Blood, and Julie Hamblin were flower girls. Tom Oviatt served as best man and ushers were Brent Tippetts, Roger Lawson, Tom Wilcock, Billy Wilcock and Ron Lawson. i THE couple are making their home at the Cedar Springs in Centerville. Prenuptial parties were given by Teresa Wood and Karen Rigby, families of the bride and groom entertained- and several other friends had parties to honor the bride. THE BRIDE attended Davis High School and Utah, State University in Logan and the groom attended Davis High School and Weber State College, kj |
