INDIAN LANDS OPEN i 1 Notification was received at the Salt Lake Indian irrigation office Saturday .from Albert H. Kneale, Superintendent of the Unitah and Ouray Indian reservation, that Indian In-dian lands under federal irrigation ditches are for sale in the Unitah basin for $15 an acre.- Superintendent Kneale points out that in the establishment of the overhead irrigation system the government gov-ernment expended money at the rate of $12.50 an acre on the lands that are for sale, and with the result that the land will virtually only cost $2.50 an acre. The terms in the purchase of the lands on a forty-acre basis are $150 down. $150 during the first year, $150 during the second year and $150 during the third year.
