Show LEGION UNITS MEET The American Legion and Auxiliary, Wm. R. Sands Post and Unit No. 5, held their regular reg-ular business meetings at the Legion hall Thursday evening. Comander Milton Lott and President Alice Brummett were in charge of the meetings. Plans were perfected for a pot-luck social meeting to be held on Thursday .'evening, Feb. 25th. Mrs. Fred Todd left Saturday for Price, where she entered the Price Hospital for surgery. Mr. Todd drove to Price Tuesday morning to be with his wife, following the operation which was expected to be that morning. morn-ing. Mrs. Del Combs, of Talmage, visited Mr. and Mrs. James Dalgleish, Dal-gleish, Saturday. Mrs. Iva Adams, of Duchesne, Du-chesne, was a weekend visitor at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Harris. N. L. Peterson, who has been confined to the Roosevelt Hospital Hos-pital for treatment, was sufficiently suffi-ciently improved to be brought home Thursday. Mrs. Matt Uresk, who has been quite ill during the past week, is now reported steadily improving. |
