Show fl JL Harrison Will Head Union School Board Third Time At a reorganization meeting of the Union High School Board of Education held at Union High on Feb. 11, Marion H. Harrison, Neola, was re-elected for third term as chairman of the board. Vice-chairman is W. Russel Todd. Mr. Harrison recently was appointed by the Duchesne county district for a 2-year term on Union High board. He was elected last December to represent the Neola-Montwel-North Roosevelt district for a five-year term on the Duchesne board. Mr. Todd, a member of the Uintah school district board, was also selected by his group for another 2-year term at Union. . " Other members of the Union High School board are W. R. Harris, Duchesne district, and Laren Ross, Uintah, who will both serve one year. The latter was named to succeed Dr. Es-kelson, Es-kelson, resigned. Supt. Dean C. Christensen and Supt. Harold Lundell make up the remainder of the personnel of the board. General business of the board consumed most of the time of the meeting. Among the items considered was the re-appointment of Loman F. Hutchings as principal and Miss Bette El-dredge El-dredge as clerk. |
