Show Summons In The District Court of the Fourth Judicial District of The Slate of Utah, In and For Duchesne County GRANT KILLIAN, Plaintiff, vs. P. E. STEALEY, sometimes known as P. E. STALEY, and MRS. P. E. STEALEY, his wife, whose other and true name is unknown; ED STEALEY, sometimes some-times known as ED STALEY, and MRS. ED STEALEY, his wife, whose other and true name is unknown; and all other oth-er persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, or interest inter-est in or lien upon the real property pro-perty described in the complaint, com-plaint, or clouding the plantiff's title thereto, Defendants. The State of Utah to the Above Named Defendants: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon George E Stewart, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Utah, an answer to the Complaint within twenty (20) days after service of this summons sum-mons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief re-lief demanded in .said Complaint Com-plaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This action is brought to quiet title in the plaintiff in and to the following described land situate in Duchesne County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, to-wit: Beginning at .the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter Quar-ter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Uintah Special Meridian, and running thence East 420 feet; thence South 207 feet; thence West 420 feet; thence North 207 feet to the place of beginning, containing two acres, more or less.
