when signatures have been received asking that salt lake be named as a registration point for the drawing tor lands in the uintah reservation this petition will be printed and circulated in banks and there was no cause for the bringing of a criminal action against the defendant the complaint which was sworn to by F H rudy alleged that amos had embezzled from him the preliminary bearing began yesterday morning and proceeded but a few when it was brought out that amos had signed an agreement to pay within a certain time the sum of tor a small giunch of cattle that he had bought from rudy on commission the money was not paid on time and when the facts of the agreement wore brought out in the direct examination of the complainant assistant county attorney hansen who was conducting the case
