VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Vernal City Council Coun-cil will hold a public hearing hear-ing on the 6th day of August, 1980, at 8:00 p.m. in the City Office for the purpose of receiving public consideration of the following rezoning petitions. 1) The petition of Richard Hammond and Kevin Perkins to rezone from RA-1 to R-2 property at 290 West 500 North for the purpose of constructing construc-ting apartment dwellings. 2) The petition of Mark Kessler to rezone from RA-1 to CP-2 the rear portion por-tion of his property at 1204 West 500 South for the purpose of conducting an electrical motor rewind business.
