Show Skydivers will jump for 24th activities Following the July 24 parade at 10:45 a.m., skydivers will make two jumps at the Bicentenial Pavilion. According to Jeri Powell, skydiver coordinator, there will be five jumpers this year, and the second jump will follow between 30 and 60 minutes after the first. "These young men donate their time and talents and travel about 400 miles round trip, so let's come out and support sup-port them," Mrs. Powell said. Other activities will include a flag-raising flag-raising ceremony and pancake and egg breakfast at the Pavilion beginning at 6 a.m. The breakfast is sponsored by the Boy Scouts and will be served until 10 a.m. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. at the County Fairgrounds. In the afternoon, after-noon, Explorers of the three stakes will , participate in a demolition derby at the Maeser Speedway at 1 p.m. |
