Show Making Family Life More Fun SERVING UP SOME NEW ACTIVITIES Enthusiasm is probably the one thing that's more contagious than the flu and a whole lot more fun for the family. Shared interests and activities ac-tivities usually bring family members closer together and help minimize the "generation "gen-eration gap." Learning to play tennis together may banish forever the what-shall-we-do-toge ther-now dilemma and dish up a whole new stew of dinner-table conversation. Tennis is one activity that you can take up as a family project. It's the fastest-growing sport in the country, partially because it's a game that people can start playing at any age and keep on enjoying throughout through-out their lives. Almost every member of the family can play. The little ones can usually get involved, if only as ball retrievers. re-trievers. And grandparents are finding that, at their own pace, tennis is a game for them, too. The United States Tennis Association has been supporting the growth of tennis as a means of recreation recre-ation and physical fitness for almost 100 years.
