Pistachio-Cookie Pudding Cake 1 package (2-layer size) 1 cup orange juice yellow cake mix 14 cup oil 1 package(4-servingsize) 2 drops green food pistachio flavor in- coloring (optional) stantpuddingandpie 1-12 cups broken chocolate fill'ng wafers 4 eggs Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, orange juice, oil and coloring in large mixer bowl. Blend ; then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Stir in wafers. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube or tube pan. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from sides of pan. Do not underbake. Cool in pan about 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack opnnKie with confectioners sugar, if desired. In high altitude areas, use large eggs, add 23 cup all-purposo Hour and 13 cup water; reduce oil to 1 tablespoon; bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
