Show LEEDS Mrs. Evelyn McMnllin Reporter Mrs. Stanley Fuller and infant son returned home from the McGregor Mc-Gregor hospital at St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Angell and family of Springville are guests of Mr. and Mrs. Evan Sullivan through the deer hunt. A pre-school clinic was held here on Oct. 9th. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Fish were Sunday visitors of Miss Ruby-Savage. Ruby-Savage. The children of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Savage gathered at the family home on Sunday to celebrate cele-brate their mother's birthday anniversary. an-niversary. Orval Fuller, Earl McMullin and Ruby Bevan of Salt Lake City are here for the deer hunt. David Stirling was advised today to-day of the death of his sister, Alice Singleton of Salt Lake City. Pfc. Amnion D. Jolley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Amnion Jolley of Leeds is home on furlough from Camp Shelby, Miss. Pfc. Jolley is in the field artillery and is one of three sons serving with the armed services. Grant McMullin is employed as a "checker" for the game preserve during deer season. Mr. and Mrs. Karl CaldweU made a business trip to the Zion's coal mine last Saturday. Many of the deer hunters here have, so far, had very poor luck on the hunt. Barbara McMullin had the misfortune mis-fortune to fall while participating in physical education class activities activi-ties at school and injured her leg rather severely. |
