Show Mrs. Alice Singleton Dies Af Salt Lake Home LEEDS, Utah Relatives in Leeds were advised Monday of the death that day of Mrs. Alice Stirling Singleton, 64, at 10:15 a. m. at her home in Salt Lake City after a lingering illness. Born Nov. 18, 1879, in Leeds, Utah she was a daughter of William Wil-liam and Sarrah Ann Stirling. After her marriage to Francis H. Singleton she moved to Eureka, Eur-eka, where she was prominent in the activities of the L. D. S. church. Her husband died Nov. 17, 1940. Surviving are one son, James Leonard, and two daughters, Edith and Beuiah of Salt Lake City; two brothers, David and Joseph Stirling of Leeds; and five sisters, Mrs. Libby Lee of St. George; Mrs. Eleanor Scott and Mrs. Ruth Porter of Cedar City; Mrs. Amnion Am-nion Jolley of Leeds and Mrs. John Tullis of New Castle. |
