Show Funds Allocated For Southern Utah Parks National Parks in the southwestern south-western Utah were allocated funds for major Improvements In recent action of the Senate Interior Appropriations Subcommittee, Subcom-mittee, It was announced by Senator Sen-ator Frank E. Moss. Bryce Canyon National Park was allocated $100,000 for construction con-struction of five employee residences re-sidences and at Zion National Park $-160,000 was approved by the committee ,to construct the Kolob Canyon Road from U. S. 91 to Lee Pass. The two allocations were part of six Improvement projects for the National Park System In Utah. Other funds were approved for Arches National Monument. Capitol Reef National Monument, Dinosaur National Monument and Natural Bridge National Monument. |
