It is located at 90.1 megahertz on the radio dial. Richard Strauss' one-act one-act opera, "Salome," in its first broadcast since the 1976-77 season, will be , heard live on Saturday afternoon over the Texaco-Metropolitan Opera Radio Network. It will be heard locally over radio station KGSU-FM KGSU-FM beginning at noon. English conductor Andrew Davis will be making his Saturday afternoon radio broadcast broad-cast debut, and Gwyneth Jones, who is singing the role of Salome for the first time at the Met, will be heard in the title role. Other principals will be Mignon Dunn, Richard Cassilly, Timothy Jenkins and Bernd Weikl.
