Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications applica-tions have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Uintah County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11673 45 4801 W.M. Barnes Co., co Jones, Waldo, Holbrook and McDonough, Suite 800, Walker Bank Bldg., SIX, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 5.0 sec. ft. of water as evidence by Appl. 39020. The water has been diverted from the Green River, at a point E. 2600 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 21, TllS, R18E; and used for the domestic purposes of 100 persons, and for recovery and refining of asphalt sands, crude oil and other hydrocarbons hydro-carbons in Sees. 3 and 10, T14S. R14E. Hereafter, 5.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from the Green River, at a point S. 1800 ft. E. 2325 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 7, T6S. R22E, (8 mi S of Naples); and used same as heretofore in NWV4 Sec. 6, T6S, R22E. 55750 (45-4582) David B. Hall, 2980 W. 1500 N., Vernal, Ver-nal, Ut 0.015 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 25-100 ft. deep, at a point N. 300 ft. E. 38 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 8. T4S, R21E (Maeser); and used for stockwatering 4 cattle, 40 sheep; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0 25 acs. in SW'4SE'4 Sec. 8. T4S, R21E. Protests resisting the granting of these applica-tions applica-tions with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate uith the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC. UT 84111, on or before May 9, 1981.
