Lions Clubinducts new member The newest member of the Vernal Lions Club is David Haralson of Vernal. Mr. Haralson was introduced into the local service club by Lions Zone Chairman, Mike Sullivan during their regular semi-monthly meeting at the Lamplighter Restaurant. Mr. Haralson is an electrician and owns his own company, Vernal Electric. Elec-tric. He and his wife Lorraine have been residents of Vernal for the past six years. They are the parents of three children, Richard, five, Emilie An, three and Mitchell, 11 months, and live at 165 South 400 West in Vernal. Mr. Haralson is originally from Albuquerque, N.M. He came to the Vernal area to work on the Maeser Elemetary School construction and stayed on to work on a number of other major construction projects in the area. Haralson's hobbies are elk hunting and going into the mountains. He filled a two year mission for the LDS Church in Holland and also teaches electrical apprentice school in Vernal. The Vernal Lions Club voted on Wednesday night to go ahead with plans to sponsor another Lions Club in Vernal which would meet every other Thursday morning for a breakfast meeting.
