Show POSUE COPPER CO. TO FILE ARTICLES Cornelius Gcderstrom. a well-known mining man of Salt Lake, made the announcement an-nouncement yesterday that articles of incorporation in-corporation of the I'ogue Copper Mining company would be tiled this week. The holdings comprise nine claims in the Tin-tic Tin-tic district, about two and a half miles north of the Tintie Standard 'and slated to be in the same lime formation. The company is capitalized for 1,000,010 shares, par value 10 cents, with 50,000 shares of treasury stock. The officers are C. H. Norton", president; Cornelius Cederstrom, vice president 'and general manager; .T. K. Harvey, secretary -treasurer, and these, with 1'. R. I-Ienkey and Tlior Cederstrom of Lehi, constitute the directorate. All of the officers except Thor Cederstrom are residents of Salt Lake. Manager Cederstrom said yesterday that enough preliminary work by tunnel and surface cuts had been done to prove ore values of considerable extent In copper, cop-per, lead and silver. He added that active work would be undertaken shortly after January 1. |
