Show Mothers To De Honored May 17 Mother's Day program will be held at Ballard May 17. The program will be supervised by Mrs. Elton Kettle. All mothers in the ward are urged to attend this special program. Mrs. Alma Anderson, Mrs. Matilda Walquist, of Roosevelt, Mrs. S. A. Brighton accompanied accompan-ied Mrs. Clair Haslem, of Bennett Ben-nett to Pleasant Grove on Friday, Fri-day, where they visited with Mrs. Dave Cooper. Mr. and Mrs. John H. Cook attended the funeral for James Martin Allred at Naples last week, and were overnight guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs Howard Williams at Maeser. 'Mr. and Mrs. Frank McClure have traded their farm for two homes in Roosevelt where they plan to move when school is out. Dianne Hullinger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hullinger, a student at the U.S.A.C., is spending a week at Cedar City with the Sponsors of the school. Mrs. E. W. Turner has been substituting in the Alterra school kitchen several days last week. |
