Show IAP0I.1T Mr-s. Mable Jenkins On Way Home From Korea Front Mr. and Mrs. Milton Woolley have received ford that their son, Cpl. Weldon E. Woolley, is on his way to the United States. He has spent the last 16 months in Korea. Mrs. Orpha Kump and daughter, daugh-ter, Linda, visited her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Angus and children, of Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. George Bigelow spent last Sunday with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Perry, and children, chil-dren, at Draggerton. Luther and Rosezella Mitchell, Mitch-ell, Mr. and Mrs. Tex Burton and son, of Jensen, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Caldwell and family, of Vernal; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Burton, Bur-ton, visited Mr. and Mrs. Clair Burton, on Wednesday. Mrs. Leonra Turner and children, chil-dren, Mrs. Iva Chandler and children, of Avalon, spent last Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Harlen Turner. Darrell Gardner, of Ogden, spent the weekend with his wife Colleen, and Mrs. Dot Reed and family. Mr. and Mrs. Nyle Bigelow are parents of a baby boy, born April 24 at the County Hospital in Vernal. Harvey Taylor is building a new addition onto his home. Mrs. Dot Reed and son, Robert, Rob-ert, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Christensen went to Salt Lake City on a vacation trip. Milton Woolley and Charley Taylor, Sr. went to Salt. Lake City Tuesday on a business trip. The two children, Johnny and Angeline, of Mr. and Mrs. Nolen Savage are ill at their home with the measles. Nolen Savage is spending a few days with his family. He is employed at Rangely, Colo. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins visited with Lizzie Jenkins of Vernal, Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Edson Holmes are moving in the Ronald Hor-rocks' Hor-rocks' home. The Frank Jenkins place was purchased by Mr. Horrocks. Mrs. Ray Sprouse, of Vernal, and Mrs. Mae Sprouse visited in Provo and Salt Lake City on Wednesday. Mrs. Georgie Merkley, son, Warren, and daughter, Edna White, of Vernal, and Mr. and Mrs. Rile Blackburn visited Mr. and Mrs. Morlen Snow of Provo, last Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Rile Blackburn are grandparents of a baby boy, born April 29 to Mr. and Mrs. Preston Searle, of Leota, at the County Hospital in Vernal. |
