Show PROGRAM ON RADIO The second, third and sixth grades of the Whiterocks Elementary Ele-mentary School gave a program "Spring Time," on the radio, Friday afternoon. Deon Merk-ley Merk-ley was the accompanist, and Orion Smith was the announcer. The eighth grade students vis. ited at Union High, Friday. A group of pre-school children and their mothers, visited the Whiterocks school, Friday. Mrs. Roberta Crozier visited her sister, Mrs. Vione Parrish, Friday in Roosevelt, while Mr. Crozier attended the rodeo. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Twitch-ell Twitch-ell attended the rodeo in Roose-' velt, Friday. Primary Conference was held Sunday evening. The theme was "The Children's Hospital," Presented Pre-sented by the children and teachers. The missionary ladies, Mrs. Brough and Mrs. Merkley, also helped. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Brough spent the weekend in Randlett with their children. Mother's Day program was held there Sunday on account" of conference, confer-ence, May 10. Mrs. Prescott, of Haydem. is staying with her daughters, Mrs. Walter Moosmann, to help her with her new baby. Miss Doris Ellingford was ill several days this week and was unable to attend school. Mrs. Lela and Velda Anderton Ander-ton had their babies blessed at meeting, Sunday, by Orvil Hoops. Lela's baby is a great-grandson, great-grandson, and Velda's is a granddaughter of Mr. Hoops. |
