Show Activity In District Court Considerable activity has been noted in the Fourth District Court at Duchesne the past few weeks as the 'following cases have been filed and will be tried in the near future. Following Fol-lowing are the cases filed during dur-ing the month of May: Civil Cases Fitzgerald Tractor Co., Inc., a corporation of the State of Utah, plaintiff, vs. Howard Harmston, defendant. Suit for judgment against the defendant for the sum of $56.34, principal; princi-pal; for the sum of $29.53 in-erest in-erest thereon from Sept. 12, 1953, to June 12, 1954; for cost of suit, and for other and further fur-ther relief, bor balance of an account for automotive parts and overhauling work on truck. Fitzgerald Tractor Co., Inc., a corporation of the State of Utah, plaintiff, vs. James Ames, Jr., defendant. Plaintiff asks judgment against defendant for $947.79 principal, $33.24 interest inter-est thereon from Nov. 7, 1953, j until June 7, 1954, costs of suit, etc., for balance of an account for automotive parts and miscellaneous mis-cellaneous parts and purchases, furnished and performed at request re-quest of defendant,' between the dates of Feb. 2, 1952, and Nov. 7, 1953, both dates inclusive, at Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Judd, plaintiffs, vs. Van L. and Winnie Win-nie E. Wilkerson, defendants. Plaintiffs ask judgment against the defendants for the sum of $7,063.00, $1,250.00 improvements, improve-ments, together with $5,000.00 for- loss of use of property in Myton and the future profits from the operation of said premises, prem-ises, together with $5,000.00 for malicious and punitive damages, dam-ages, together with plaintiffs' cost of court. Action involves a purchase agreement dated May 1, 1950, to purchase property pro-perty in Myton for $12,350.00, and ouster of plaintiffs of pos-I pos-I session of said property on or about Dec. 27, 1953. Administrators of the estate of Lyman C. Robbins and Ancillary An-cillary Administrator of the estate of Hanna E. Robbins are , plaintiffs in a suit filed against a long list of defendants to quiet titles, in which the complaint infers fraud, recission and accounting ac-counting damages are to be sought. Probate Cases Estate of Joe Arki, deceased. Estate of Dyer S. Stanley, deceased. de-ceased. Criminal Cases Inthuis W. Barlow, charged with grand larceny (automobile theft). S. H.
