Show Senior Aaronic Priesthood j Enjoys Outing j Members of the Senior Aaronic Aaron-ic priesthood and their partners, together with the ward bishopric bishop-ric and wives, enjoyed an outing out-ing at the power plant, on Monday Mon-day of last week. A short program was presented present-ed and barbequed lamb, with all the trimming, was served to approximately sixty-five guests. Committee in charge of the affair af-fair included Ivan Bastian, Lynn Dye. Clair Duncan and Freeman Dye. Mr. and Mrs. Tal Wardle attended at-tended a meeting for Farmers Co-op managers, which was held in Salt Lake City last week. Word has been received that Mr. and Mrs. Fairon Smith, of Boston, Mass. attended the LDS church pageant, which was held recently at the Hill Cumorah, in New York state. Mr. and Mrs. Orlando Pace and family and Ira A. Pace left Sunday for Glendale, California for a visit with Stanley Pace. Ira will remain there for an indefinite in-definite stay with his son. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Davis motored mo-tored to Ogden last Sunday to bring home their daughter, Linda, Lin-da, who has been visiting with her grandmother, Mrs. Addie Glines. Accompanying them were Mrs.- Ferris Henrie, who visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Quentin Allred, of Clearfield, and Sherene Henrie, who will spend a week visiting in Salt Lake City and Ogden. I HAS BIRTHDAY PARTY Ann Dye was hostess to fifteen fif-teen of her small friends last Tuesday, celebrating her eighth birthday. Games and party refreshments re-freshments were enjoyed by the group. Mr. and -Mrs. Lynn Dye and two children left last Tuesday for a vacation trip through Yellowstone Yel-lowstone Park. Mrs. Roberta Crozier visited at the Glen Davis home last week and proudly displayed her new son to admiring friends. Miss Marilyn Peterson has returned re-turned home from Pittsburg, Calif., where she has been visiting visit-ing at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Verla Mecham. Visitors at the Harold Whiting Whit-ing home last Sunday were Mr. and Mrs Albert Geigle and two children, of Salt Lake City. The young ones, Sharon and Ronnie, will visit at the Whiting home for a week. Mrs. Geigle is a sister to Fairon Smith, son-in-law of the Whitings. COMMUNITY CLUB , MET ON FRIDAY Community Club was held at the home of Esther Halverson last Friday evening. Fifteen members were present to watch Vera Gagon, of Roosevelt, as she painted a picture, explaining explain-ing the technique as she worked. The finished product will be sold by club members, the proceeds pro-ceeds to be used to extend the lighting system at the park to include the section planted to trees. Delicious refreshments were served by Mrs. Halverson and co-hostesses, Iona Gardner and Deatha Olsen. ATTEND REUNION Attending the Reid family reunion re-union from Neola, which was held at Merkley's Pasture in Vwnal last Sunday, were: Mr. and Mrs. Thad Wilkerson, Mr. and' Mrs. Leland Peterson and family, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Duncan, Dun-can, Mrs. Clair Duncan and two children, Samantha Peterson, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Peterson and I two children, Mrs. Glade Peterson Peter-son and family. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Stephenson, of Duchesne, Du-chesne, also accompanied them. Guests at the Elroy Halverson home during the past week included in-cluded Mr. and Mrs. Ted Chris-tensen, Chris-tensen, of Harriman, and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Ostler, of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Halverson left Thursday for a few days visit with relatives in Salt Lake City and vicinity. Welcoming back his cooks and dishwashers is Thurman Peter son, " who has been his own house-keeper during the visit to Price of his wife and two daughters. The trio has been visiting with the son of the family, Dick Peterson, and "his wife. Mr. and Mrs. Max Horrocks and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Newa-tane, Newa-tane, of Salt Lake City, were guests at the Theron Horrocks home the fore part of the week. From there, the foursome took a trip by pack horse, back to the lakes region. During their absence, Grandpa and Grandma Horrocks were in charge of the two small granddaughters. Mr. and Mrs. Deone Spencer have entertained the following friends and relatives at their home recently: Mr. and Mrs. Frank Seeley and Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Peterson and children, of Mt. Pleasant; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lindsay and Lucky Learner of Featherfalls, Calif.
