Show BUM Mrs. Garda Seeley MIA Sponsors Flower Show A flower show was given in Mutual Tuesday night under the direction of JoAnn Goodrich, music director, and Marilyn Jennings, Jen-nings, speech director. Many beautiful and different varieties of flowers were on display. Everyone bringing1 a bouquet of flowers was presented a ribbon. The following program was given: group sang, "Sweet Violet." Vio-let." duet, "The Smallest One," Rozella Goodrich and Martha Thorsen; duet, "My Wild Irish Rose," Gardner Goodrich and Garda Seeley; double trio, "Tiptoe "Tip-toe Through the Tulips," Carma Mathews, Garda Seeley, Beth Winkler. Pauline Winkler Max-ine Max-ine Winkler and JoAnn Goodrich; Good-rich; talk, by Hazel Goodrich, on favorite flowers and different differ-ent varieties; quartet, Winkler sisters, Maxine, Beth, Pauline and Shana Lee, "Moonlight and Roses." Following the flower show, were two blacl.o'uts under the direction of Hazel Goodrich, with Eloyce Atwood, Colleen Roberts and Lois Goodrich as characters. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Kimball and two children, of Lawndale, Calif, visited a few days here with Mrs. Kimball's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie B. Goodrich and other relatives The Explorers and Mia Maids and Mrs. Thelma Cook enjoyed a party at the Altamont Rodeo Grounds on Tuesday evening. |
