Show NOTICE OK TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 12th day of April, 1983, at 2:00 p.m. at the North Main Entrance of the Courts and County Office Complex, Farmington, Utah, County of Davis, by Bryan W. Cannon, as Trustee and Genslar Mortgage Mort-gage Corporation, as Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, under the Deed of Trust made by Sarah Lyn Grimaud, George Wiens and Bernice Wiens, as Trustors, recorded January 23, 1981 , as Entry No. 584566 in Book 855 at Page 423 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure inde btedness in favor of I he Col-well Col-well Company, original Beneficiary, Be-neficiary, by reason ol certain obligations secured thereby.
