Show Dr. Bill Ferguson joins staff of Park City Emergency Center The Park City Emergency Clinic has announced that family practitioner Dr. Bill Ferguson will be joining the staff on a part-time basis. Ferguson was born at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines and grew up in the Air Force. He graduated from Punahou High School in Honolulu, Hawaii. He received a B.S. in Biology at Brown University in Rhode Island, then spent one year studying at Southern Theological Seminary in Kentucky. He completed medical school and a family practice residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. For the last four years he has worked as a staff physician at the Hill AFB Hospital and is now settled in the Heber Valley. During his tour at Hill Air Force Base, Ferguson worked in the family practice prac-tice and emergency depart ments, was in charge of the Allergy and Immunizations clinic, ran a gastrointestinal endoscopy clinic, taught Advanced Ad-vanced Cardiac Life Support, Sup-port, and supervised the medical dispensary at the Utah Test and Training Range in Western Utah. In addition to his responsibilities respon-sibilities at the base, Ferguson was employed part-time as an emergency room physician at St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City. |
