KILLED IN DESPERATE DUAL AT GREENFIELD. Greenfield. Cal., Aug. 24. During a desperate duel last miontght In which Frederick W. BeJer. and N. F. Tog-nazzlnl. Tog-nazzlnl. well-to-do residents of King City were the principals nnd shot-gun and rifle the weapons. Decker was killed and Mrs. Pecker nnd her father. W. D. Fowler, were wounded. The tragedy occurred In a cottage In which Tognazzlnl aud Mr?. Becker Beck-er were discovered asleep. Becker Immediately began shooting the fire being returned by Tognnzzlnl. Many show were exchanged, the cottage being be-ing riddled by bullets which missed their mark. Becker was fatally wounded, dying In a short time. Mrs Becker was wounded over oue eye and Fowler, who had accompanied Becker received receiv-ed a charge of shot In the arm. Tog-nazzlnl, Tog-nazzlnl, the only ono of the four not wounded, has been arrested and charged with murder.
