Show UINTAH INDIAN UNO OFFERED AT AUCTION A lands on the Uintah Indian reservation res-ervation which were thrown open for settlement on July 11, 190C. and which have not been filed upon by August 2S will be sold at public auction auc-tion on November 1 under the supervision super-vision of James W. Wltten of Provo. The sales will be in tracts of 160 acres each, except where owners of adjacent tracts phall request the offering of-fering of small acreage. No person shall be permitted to purchase more than t'.IO acres In hl own light, and the price shall not be less than 50 cents an acre. The entire en-tire purchase price must 4be paid to the receiver of the Yernal land office, of-fice, temporarily locate at Provo, be-tore be-tore 4:30 p. m. on the second day of the sale, and auy person defaulting his payment shall lose all rights to the land purchased and will not be permitted to bid on any other land during the sale and the land upon which he defaulted will again bo offered of-fered for sale. The superintendent of the sale la authorized to mnke such rules and regulations governing the sale as ore proper and may postpone the same from time to time. |
