Show NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY. Pursuant to Section 278 of the Complied Com-plied Laws of Utah, 1907. and the authority au-thority vested in me by said section, I. the undersigned. THOMAS B. PARR, Treasurer of Ogden City, Weber We-ber County, Utah, hereby give public notice that a special tax amounting to $S,970 00 dollars has been levied for sewer district No. 106 for the purpose pur-pose of constructing pipe sewors In paid district by an ordinance duly passed by the City Council of Ogden City, Utah, nnd njiproved by the Mayor of said city on August 10th. 1910. said taxes belDg levied on all of the abutting abut-ting property on the following streets comprising said" sower district No. 106. All that part of Twenty-flfth street from Jackson to Taylor avenues, ave-nues, and Capitol avenue from Van Buren to Harrison avenues. The said tax la payable In 5 installments: in-stallments: The first installment becomes delinquent de-linquent September 29th, 110 Tho second installment becomes de llnue-nt August 10th, 1911. The third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th. 1912. The fourth Installment becomes dc llnquent August 10, 1918. The fifth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent August 10th, 19H Each of u&ld Installments, except the flr&t, bhaJl draw interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum, from I tho dato of the levy as aforesaid, andj if any or either of said installments shall be unpaid when they ln-come de llnquent. Interest thereon shall bo 10 per cent per annum, until such delinquent delin-quent assessments are fully paid. Said ' tax shall be enforced and collected as in any other case of special tax and If not paid the property on which said levy is made will be advertised and sold according to law.
