D 'Hrowu, receiver, against tho Continental Supply Sup-ply company, which Is an outgrowth of tho bankruptcy of the Japanese-American Japanese-American bunk, October 10th, la&t year Two suits have bven filed against the same company to recover on two notes signed by tho defendant company, com-pany, und Individual members of the supply company. The notes originally original-ly wen for $2,500 each, given for money mon-ey loaned by the hank, of which the plaintiff in tho rctlrns was made receiver re-ceiver at tbe time the bauk failed.
