Show OGDEH TO SEND FIVE DELEGATES Five Weber county men will attend at-tend the National Irrigation congress to be held at Puebla. Colo., September Septem-ber 21. This was decided upon yesterday yes-terday at the meeting of the county commissioners after the reading of a communication from the National Irrigation association, asking that Weber We-ber county send a delegation to the meet. The men who are to represent this county at Tueblo are Lyman Skeen, A. C. Christenson. "W. I,. Stew-f Stew-f it, Daid McKay and A. TV Agee. Among the other matters of Importance Im-portance that come before the commissioners' com-missioners' meeting was a request, from the state Industrial school for the opening of a public roadway from Washington aveuue to the Institution This request was referred to Com-' mlsfloner Frank Moore and County Attorney David Jensen. It was reported that the pipe line ti convey the water to the state road for sprinkling purposes has been completed and lesled and the water will be let Into the new lino today The contract for the laying of th'-? line was let only twenty-one days ago. Road Commissioner John C. Child will turn on the water and have charge cf the new line |
