Show j TREMONTON : Miss Myrtlo Johnson and Chester Nelson were united in marriage last week and a reception was given in their honor at the home of the bride's parents which was beautifully decorated decor-ated for tho occasion in the national colors. Thoro were many friends present and all hud an enjoyable time. A dollclous dinner was served. W. H. Capwell spent a few days in Logan last week. Mrs. J. C. Wheelon and daughters, Anna and Ruth, of Twin Falls havo been visiting friends hero for some time. They have now returned to their home in Twin Falls. Tho M. E. church Sunday school children and their parents wero tendered ten-dered a social at tho home of Mrs. P. Ault at Elwood an enjoyable day was spent in playing games. A luncheon and other refreshments were served. A dancing party was given at the L, D. S. hall on the twenty -fourth of July which was attended by a very large crowd of people from all over the country. C. Woodward who Is serving with tho U. S. Is home on a furlough. Mr. and Mrs. C. Nelson returned I from a tour of Salt Lake City where they spent a wek. Mrs. K. Fridal and children enjoyed , a trip to Ogden canyon a few days last week. |
