"It will generally be found," says tho bulletin, "that thero aro three classes of delinquents arrested, regarding re-garding whom requests for information informa-tion arc necessary: "First, thoso registrants who have a record of their order and serial number num-ber and local board. "Second, of registrants who can give tho point of registration, but not the local board or serial or order number; num-ber; and "Third, registrants who claim to have no memory' of tholr registration outside of the actual act, and who do not oven know the state in which they registered. "The adjutant general of the state to -whom the inquiry is addressed can immediately give the proper information informa-tion in regard to the first two classes.
