Show CITATION. No. 52S0 Law. In the United States District Court in and for the District of Utah. Northern North-ern Division. United States of America, Llbolant, vs. 600 Bags of Horse Beans, A Libel of Information, having been filed in the above entitled court, praying pray-ing for the seizure and condemnation of 600 bags of Horse Beans, now within Ogden City, in the Stale and Northern Division of the District of Utah, each of said bags of horse beans being marked and labeled as follows: "Net Weight 110 lbs. when packed." which said libel of information charges that the said 600 bags of horse beans, and each of them, is mlsbranded and adulterated within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of Congress of June 30, 1906, known as the Food and Drugs Act, and said bags of horse beans, and each of them, so adulterated, adulter-ated, were shipped in Interstate commerce com-merce by F. Lagomarsino and Sons, of Sacramento, California, from Sacramento, Sac-ramento, in tho State of California, to the City of Boston. State of Massachusetts, Massa-chusetts, contrary to the form of tho statute in such case made and provided; pro-vided; that thesaid 600 bags of horse beans at the time of the filing of said libel of information were within tho City of Ogden, in tho State and District Dis-trict aforesaid, in their original and unbroken packages; AND WHEREAS, the said Court, on tho 26th day of July, A.
