Show 00 DEATH C10SES CASE TO BE DISMISSED The case of Alexander Lee was dismissed dis-missed in municipal court this morning morn-ing on the recommendation of District Attorney S. P. Dobbs. Lee was charged with failure to provide for a wife and two children. Since the arrest ar-rest was made his wife has died and sufficient evidence cannot be gathered to convict tho man, according to Attorney At-torney Dobbs. Percy Whitten, IS years of age, was fined ?1 after pleading guilty to riding a bicycle on the sidewalk. Whitten was arrested with seven other boys, I j II who were all under 18 and were, ' pfl therefore, turned over to the juvenile jfl authorities. Officer William Dick H made tho arrest. JH |
