Show II AN ImF ENGINEERING. R 1 Two and a half years ago the first Hudson Super- i I Sixes were delivered. I Judged by other cars of its day, it was so wonder- ! 1 ful in performance that it gained immediate popularity. 1 I Its sales at once jumped into the lead among all fine 1 1 cars 9 I Stock cars proved performance, endurance and 1 1 reliability as no other car had ever done. I Those tests were made for two reasons : 1 I First, and naturally, the intent was to get advertis- 1 ! I ing for the car. Thus motorists learned as they never 1 I could have learned otherwise the character of SuperSix 1 I performance. I I The other purpose was that Hudson engineers 1 5 might learn how to build an even better Super-Six. S I The first Super-Six possessed all that Hudson en- 1 I gineers knew at that time. 1 I . No experience with the cars known up to that time 1 I could have helped to make the Super-Six better than it 1 was 1 I But since the Super-Six opened a new field in motor 1 I car design, it is to it that Hudson engineers have turned 1 1 to learn how to improve it. They had the additional I I advantage of knowing how the thousands of cars 1 1 1 bought by individuals are performing. 1 1 I That they have done wonders to the present series I over those of the earlier production is quickly recog- j nized. There is greater endurance arid greater reliability j I in the new Super-Six. I I From the very first the policy has been to make the 1 1 Super-Six the perfected ideal car. They represent the 1 very best in every detail. And you can better appre- 1 ciate it by the enduring, care-free way in which it will 1 run under every condition. 1 There are ten different types of Hudson Super- 1 Sixes. 1 Ogden Motor Car Co. 2345-55 1 I !
