Utah,. on Saturday, tho. 10th IH day of November, 1917, at the hour of 2 p. m., for the purpose of amending the Articles of Incorporation of said Company. The nature of tho proposed changen, or amendments is as follows: 1. To amend the Fifth Article relat- IH mg to the objects for which this cor- ' poration is formed, by Increasing the objects and povrera of this corpora-Lion corpora-Lion in the following- particulars: To permit this corporation to carry on -in all its branches a general livestock ' and stockraising farm, range and ' ranch business; and to breed, oxport 1 nnd import purchase, exchange seil as owners or otherwise, and generally deal in all kinds and species of live- jH stock and domestic animals; to manu- IH facture and compound poultry and jH livestock feed and remedies and to s'mi anu ceai in me prouuci ol same; to acquire all property and equipment necessary to be used in connection ' with the aforesaid purposes; to malce fl loans and -advances with, or without security, and to guarantee and endorse the obligations of other corporations, IH firms, and individuals; to borrow mon-ey, mon-ey, and to make and issue obligations and evidences oX indebtedness secured jH and unsecured, without limit as 1 to amount, and to secure same by mort- gage upon any property of the corpo-ration; corpo-ration; to purchase, acquire, hold and : dispose of, .the capital stock and evi-dences evi-dences of indebtedness created by any other- corporation; to purchase and jJ hold fts own capital stock; to conduct its business in other states, in the ter- ritories, and in foreign countries, and H have more than" one office; to make and perform contracts of any kind and description. 2.
