I Included In the aviation service meni who have recently answered the call to colors is Harold Kay, who has enlisted en-listed in the aviation corps at Washington, Wash-ington, and who has already gone into training there. Mr. Kay is one of Ogden's Og-den's most popular young athletes and membor of smart sot circles. Upon the entrance of America In the great war conflict he determined to enlist, loaving tho University of Utah, where he had been a student for two years and whore he was captain of the freshmen football team and enjoyed equal prospects for the captaincy of the 'varsity team. He is a member H of tho Beta Theta PI fraternity and jH only a month ago he left for Washing- jH ton for the purpose which has crowned his desire in the aviation service. lH The nation's great universities Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Cornell, and VM the Northwestern of Chicago were visited prior to his enlistment at Washington. Mr. Kay is the son of fM Mr. and Mrs. Willard Kay of Adams avenue, and frlonds In Utah will miss him during his days of absence. |
