Show oo THOSE WHO MAY . VOTE On Tuesday next th'e primaries in the city election are to be held, when the voters will eliminate all but two candidates for each office. For instance, in-stance, the men aspiring to the office of mayor are T. Samuel Browning, Frank Francis, A. Ji. Heywood and S. A. Israelson. Each voter can vote for only one of the four, and then when the ballots axe counted, the two highest -will be placed on the official ticket for tho election on November 6. It Is quite Important that every citizen citi-zen express his preference in the primary, pri-mary, which is conducted as is the general election. The polls will open at 7 o'clock next Tuesday morning and remain open until 7 o'clock In the ovening. In each polling district a voto can be cast at any time between those hours. Thoso who voted in Ogden two years ago aro not required to again register and they can voto at the primaries pri-maries on Tuesday. Thoso who have moved out of their districts can transfer to their now districts dis-tricts at any time up to late Monday evonlng. Those whose names havo been omitted omit-ted by mistake from the registration books can swear In their votes. |
