Show UTAH GOES OVER IHE TOP 1 LIBERTY II DIE , SALT LAKE, Oct. IS. Utah, with approximately $18,855,000 in bond purchases, has oversubscribed her quota of the fourth Liberty loan. Word from Washington last night by the Associated As-sociated Press was to the effect that Utah leads all stated In th6 twelfth federal reserve district. Salt Lake has oversubscribed her quota by nearly half a million. The state's allotment was $1S, 570.000, while that of Salt Lake was $10,212,700. It is believed possible that Salt Lake will have several thousand dollars more to her credit before the campaign closes tonighL Roports from the state are so incomplete in-complete that it is still uncertain just which counties havo gone over the top and which are yet behind. It is felt certain, however, that every county will be over by tonight, for it is thought highly improbable that any part'of the state will admit that it has proved in any degree a "slacker" in umas great unanciai test. Adding greatly 'to the glory of the city's achievement is the fact that her quota has been raised by more than 135 per cent of her allotment of Individual In-dividual subscriptions.
