Royden of the enforcement division of the food administration, who concurred con-curred in the decision of W. W. Armstrong, Arm-strong, state food administrator, that the license of the concern should be revoked. The mill is located just off the county coun-ty road in Riverdale, near the Union Pacific railroad crossing. C. W. Stimpson, proprietor of the mill, in dofense of the accusation, said ho 1iad been too busy harvesting crops to give his mill much attention or to see to it that the food regulations were being observed. oo |
