Legislature, nnd filed with tho Secretary ol State . nnd ; Whereas, the engrossed copy thereof dlfferi ' In a certain important reapect from the ree-i ree-i lution as actually passed by both Houses, in that In the sixth line of Section 3, as prc-' prc-' posed, after the word "nature" the words "and all mnlt nnd brewed drinks" were omitted from said engrossed copy Now, therefore, be it resolved by tho legislature legis-lature of the State of Utah, two-thirds of thi , members elected to each of the two Houses concurring ; ! Section 1. That it Is proposed to amend , Articlo 22 of the Constitution of UUh by i adding Section 3, thereto, which section shall read ns follows : Section 3.
