Show HEAD OF RED CROSS HAS SAILED FROM FRANCE PARIS. April 27 -Henry P. Davison, i chairman of the American Red Cross j council, who has been on a tour of inspection along the battle fronts in Trance and Italy, left here yesterday to return to the United States. "Every Red Cross man should .o his work with a complete sense of humanity hu-manity and obligation to the people who for three years and a half have been lighting and suffering for America," Amer-ica," he told the Red Cross staff. Any man who feels that anything be does here in the name of the Red Cross incurs obligation on the part of the French people should be sent home immediately.
