U IS ANGELES, April 26 The Oaks and Tigers pulled off a 17 -inning -z zler at Washington park today, the i i Iton winning out, 3 to 1. Speed Martin and Jack Quinn fought It out all the way, the Bengal hurler weakening in the final inning and allowing al-lowing the Oaks to pull off a bait morally mo-rally that netted them two runs and the game. Vernon took the lead In the first inning in-ning when a triple by Daley and Chad bourne's single infleld gave them a run. Miller s homer in the fourth after two wore out tied things up and they remained in this state for the twelve succeeding inning Quinn was in hot water several times, but managed to pull out, J. Mitchell's Mit-chell's error in the fourteenth filled the bases, but Jack managed to put out the third Oak batter and save his baeon for the time being. Gardner started the fireworks in the seventeenth by doubling to left field and rnmbled down to third on Chrls-tensen's Chrls-tensen's infield bingle. Croll 6ent a sintrle into left field, filling the bases, Gardner sticking to third; Mltze's single sin-gle i' center scored Gardner Martin's single led Christensen toward home, but he was out at the plate.
