In tho matter of tho estate of Andrew An-drew Christensen, deceased. The undersigned will sell at private sale on the 28th day of April, A. D. 1917, at the law offices of Harris & Jenson, at No. -405 David Eccles Building, Build-ing, in Ogden City, Weber County, State of Utah, the following described real property situate in Ogden City, Weber County, State of Utah, to-wit: A part of the northwest quarter of section 16. in township 6, north of range 1 west of the Salt Lake meridian. merid-ian. United States survey: Beginning 28.35 chains south from tho northeast corner of the northwest quarter of section 1G aforesaid, and running thence south 881-1 degrees, west 11.43 chains, thenco south 1-4 de-1 de-1 groo 8.79 chains, thence north 88 degrees, de-grees, cast 11.47 chains, thence north 8.75 chains, more or less, to place of beginning, containing ten acres, more or less.
