J., April 13 James Brady of New York, known as "Diamond Jim" Brady, died at a beach front hotel today after a long illness, Mr. Brady was a contractor in railroad rail-road supplies and was reputed to be extremely wealthy. ' Death was caused by heart disease, superinduced by an affection of the kidneys, the physicians said.
