Show ARTH LLOYD BO TO Tl DISTRICT COURT ,. Arthur Lloyd was bound over to the district court this morning, by Municipal Munici-pal Judge George S. Barker, on a charge of grand larceny. Ho is alleged to have stolen a purse containing about $10 in money, from Miss Mary Kingston, while the young lady was shopping at tho Golden Rule store, April 5. He was arrested by Detectives Detec-tives Robert Chambers, J. L. Hobson and Sergeant C. P. Fitzgerald. In ad-ditI6n ad-ditI6n to these officers, testimony against Lloyd was presented at the preliminary hearing by the Misses Vera Hunter, Beth Hadlcy, Lillian Griffin Grif-fin and Mary Kingston. County Attorney Attor-ney C. L. Farr conducted the prosecution prose-cution and Attorney Samuel C. Powell was counsel for the defendant. |
