Show CACHED LIQUOR' FOUND. Brighara City, Nov. 16 This morning morn-ing at an early hour the officers discovered dis-covered a largo quantity of liquor cached away near the -Oregon Short Line depot bv a trio giving their names as W. W. Wymer, Robert Bower Bow-er and H. E. Stoffcr. The liquor consisted of six cases of whiskoy in pint bottles, twenty-four bottles to the case. The liquor was taken to the city jail. At the hearing this afternoon before Justice C. O Chrls-tensen, Chrls-tensen, Wymer pleaded guilty to being be-ing Uie owner of tho liquor and admitted ad-mitted that the whiskey was intended to be sold in Idaho. He testified that his two companions were simply sim-ply employed by him to aid in smug-J f gling the liquor into Idaho. Wymer I said he was from Pocatello He I was fined .$50. which he promptly paid, and was released l |
